📄 During the meeting, the project framework was presented, a memorandum of collaboration was signed, and a roadmap was established for the development of Mykolaiv’s Local Action Plan.
🔗 The Local Action Plan will be aligned with Mykolaiv’s updated development strategy and master plan.
👥 Participants included representatives from local authorities, civil society, academia, and environmental experts.
This milestone marks a strong step toward enhancing regional climate resilience across the Black Sea Basin. 🌿
