Enhancing Local Climate Change Response in the Black Sea Region

The LAP-BLACK project is designed to strengthen the capacity of local governments in the Black Sea Region to address climate change challenges. Its main goal is to promote sustainability and climate resilience by highlighting the value of local action and collaboration. The project’s specific aims include forming adaptation teams, developing Local Adaptation Plans, implementing pilot projects, and regularly monitoring and updating these plans. Additionally, the project seeks to involve stakeholders to increase awareness and share project outcomes. The communication strategy focuses on informing the public, engaging key stakeholders, sharing results, and promoting effective practices.
